Progress & growth is guaranteed only by consistency, and persistence to be 1% better every day

The same applies in the gym

To make sure you keep progressing, continue to get fitter and stronger, you need to be following a TRAINING PROGRAM that:

  • keeps you progressively overloading

  • trains each muscle group twice a week

  • includes elements of mobility work, functional exercises, strength-based rep ranges, stability & unilateral exercises, compound lifts, and core stability & endurance work

  • is going to be realistic for you to consistently follow

  • is evidence-based and backed by some kind of science
