Her biggest goal, as she says, was "I wanted to feel better in my body, and learn to love my body - even if it was not 'perfect'."

She had been previously training with F45 which she enjoyed, but wanted something more personal and tailored for her so she could achieve her goals. She wanted to learn more about her nutrition as well, and how she could fuel herself to both FEEL & LOOK her best. She says….
